I had to send something back and the return shipping didn’t cost much at all. The whole process was easy and hassle-free.

Ordered something from JD Sports and the courier was spot on, to be fair. I was getting updates as it moved along and it turned up within the time slot, so no hanging around all day. Not sure if it was the same courier they always use, but the box arrived fine and everything was straightforward. Happy enough, 5 stars from me.

The site showed what was available clearly enough and my order went through without any issues. It’s not perfect, and if something did go wrong I’d definitely expect a proper apology, but overall it’s been good for me.
